Today's shift started like any other. My regulars showed up right on schedule. LM went down to school. And then something unexpected. A lady was walking towards me with a huge dog. The dog was definitely pulling against the lady, and it actually made me laugh...until they got to the crosswalk. Halfway through the dog jumps up on me, he seriously came up to my head, and gets his muddy paws all over me. The lady was apologetic and helping me wipe my clothes off, but there was nothing to do. She says "It will dry." Um...it's mud, I don't think it will dry clear.
I hate animals.
