overwhelmed

Who would have thought buying a house could be so draining? Well, I'm guessing lots of people. But I never thought it would happen to me. I have to admit that it has become so time consuming and annoying that I'm forgetting the good parts and not enjoying it at all. I'm sure there are many who can relate. I'm such a speedy person, so waiting on other people's schedules is annoying! When I find a house I like, I'm ready to go look at it immediately-but I have to wait. And then it isn't even what I want anyway. Or you put in an offer and not only do they completely ignore the deadline, but they take an extra WEEK to get back. I thought this was a buyer's market. And don't even get me started on the whole short sell/foreclosure thing. Amazing deals-but huge hassles. Thankfully we have some amazing people on our team helping us to find the right place. And I am excited to find the perfect thing-just wish I had more control.

Ditto, ditto, ditto and Holy ditto. Hate it. Good luck though! For something so exciting, it sure does suck.

Aw, sorry you are in the throes of all that. Yep, it is crappy. And, honestly, I don't think it gets better. When you do finally find the perfect place and get it under contract...then it seems like all kinds of stuff goes wrong. I never, ever want to buy another house. It turns me into a crazy, frantic person.

Good luck, Becca!
