Riding so far...

So we have gone over 200k so far, so I am actually biking. We still have about 260k to go, so we are not even half way! The heat is killer with the biking, but we try to go early in the morning. If we truly finish by noon than I can usually finish strong, but any later and I just die! The best part about the biking is the amazing country we see that we wouldn't normally see. There are tons of little villages that we bike through on a very bumpy dirt path. No tourists are around anywhere-and really why would they be out there? The kids are so loveable and darling! We are surronded with hellos and hi-fives.

Today we went to the shelter in Phnom Pehn to celebrate International Women's Day with them. The girls had tons of fun games planned and a whole program. It was another wonderful visit. The highlight of today was meeting Somaly. We actually had lunch at her house, and then went over to the shelter with her. She is absolutely wonderful. It was amazing to see her interact with the girls. She truly loves all of them. Tomorrow we go to the Australian ambassador's house to actually present the check to Somaly.
